Salaried Public Sector workers have faced poor wage outcomes falling behind inflation since 2021.
Our wages have never recovered.

The current offer as it stands fails to address this.
We need 10.5% now or 14% by mid-2026
Those below the award need an additional 2-3%

Union Members, we are calling you to action to request a special general meeting to ensure accountability to the PSA Change campaign promises.

We have collated all of the promises made during their election campaign and thereafter for you to take a look.

We will be looking to compare their outcomes with the formal offer once we have been provided with one.
